Restructuring and Insolvency practice requires a strong advisory team with equally strong litigation team as the insolvency resolution process is under the aegis of the National Company Law Tribunal. The team has vast experience on dealing with the rectification of the account of the corporate debtor vide contractual arrangement, restructuring of the corporate debtor (vide the formal route i.e. the court process and the informal route i.e. contractual framework), recovery and enforcement of the security for the benefit of the secured creditor, insolvency resolution process and liquidation of the corporate debtor.
