Drummond Miller has, by far, the most experienced group of immigration practitioners in the country. Head of Department, David Brown, brings over 25 years’ of experience, supported by 10-15 years’ experience for each of the firms Partners. The fee-earner team (solicitors, immigration advisors and paralegals) practices exclusively in immigration law, providing a full service across all areas of personal immigration and nationality law as well as corporate immigration law, including Sponsor Licences, Skilled Workers, and Ministers of Religion.
The department is well-known for advising and acting on the most complex and novel-cases with a wealth of litigation experience. Importantly, they act as Edinburgh agents in the vast majority of immigration cases that are raised at the Court of Session and also act as agents in appeals to the Supreme Court. This enables them to stay ahead of the curve in respect of all key legal developments.
