Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews’ Dispute Resolution Department is one of the largest litigation teams in the country with over 14 advocates handling a wide variety of matters at all levels of the courts including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. The Litigation Department also has experience in successfully representing clients in various quasi-judicial tribunals including the National Environment Tribunal and the Business Premises and Rent Tribunal and in arbitration proceedings.

The Litigation Department has specialised practice areas including commercial litigation in particular banking, insurance, employment, energy, public procurement, constitutional and administrative law, tax and land litigation. This ensures that clients receive specialised advice and that matters are dealt with efficiently. The members of the team are actively involved on various Bar-Bench Committees so that we are involved in discussions and keep abreast of the developments that affect court processes.
