Our team has developed a strong expertise in corporate and tax restructuring and structuring of inter-group flows of multinational groups, as well as in tax and financial optimization of acquisitions, sale and restructuring transactions (LBO and M&A operations).

Our team is also one of the few in the French market to be recognized as an industry leader in asset management and private equity (whether it is at the fund level or at the level of the targets purchased by the fund, or at the level of the management companies and /or the carried interest holders).

We have a strong expertise in advising investment funds on their tax issues (complex tax modelling, structuring of carried interest rights) and have developed innovative funds-related tax work, such as “fund waterfall” models, contributing to clients’ efforts in modelling economics of fund cash allocation between managers and various types of investors in a fund. This skill stems from the know-how of the team to model – via excel – the entire economics of a private equity deal.
