Our Singapore arbitration team represents both corporations and States in international disputes. We possess detailed knowledge of regional arbitration institutions and their rules, people and practices, drawing on the extensive experience of our lawyers who serve as both arbitrators and counsel. Clients benefit from the insights gained by the team’s thought leadership, including through the co-authoring of a leading text on Singapore arbitration, A Guide to the SIAC Arbitration Rules, published by Oxford University Press. The team also regularly advises investors on the structuring (or restructuring) of foreign investments in order to attain investment treaty protection, as well as the resolution of disputes with governments under such treaties.
