Drawing on a wealth of City expertise, the litigation team has extensive experience in a wide range of complex commercial litigation. We represent multinationals, growing corporates, financial institutions and other professional practices. Our practice spans disputes at all levels of the English Court system, as well as international disputes.

Beyond our core commercial disputes practice, we have several recognised specialist contentious teams covering insolvency, private equity, alternative lending, IP, banking and financial litigation, construction and real estate.  

One of our major advantages, which sets us apart from most of our competitors in the City, is that we are conflict free. We also have excellent links to both the investigative community and litigation funders and we have recently launched our own Litigation Funding panel, which enables our clients to manage risk and litigate from a position of financial strength.
