David Lai & Tan had advised, represented and served Malaysian based company for their respective foreign and local listing which was completed successfully. The said successful foreign listing entails the admission and listing of a Malaysian based company and its group of companies on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, Singapore Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange.
