Our practice area integrates all expertise required to answer to the concerns in an energy project, including permitting, regulatory, real estate, corporate structuring, equity investments, insurance, construction and supply contracts, employment, and all other legal matters usually covered in an energy project due diligence process.
Our team is also prepared to analyze Sustainability and ESG (SESG) risks in each transaction as part of the overall assessment of the deals.
