Crowe & Dunlevy’s IP Practice Group represents clients in all aspects of intellectual property law. Our attorneys are drawn from both the business and litigation areas and experienced in IP procurement, licensing and transactional matters, IP support in complex transactions, IP portfolio management, and litigation before state and federal tribunals. Our patent attorneys have the requisite scientific training and industry experience necessary to understand and advise on technology matters while drawing from training in diverse fields such as chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, petroleum engineering, physics and software and hardware engineering.
