Our Arbitration and Dispute Resolution team is well-known for having leading expertise in both commercial and investor-State arbitrations and our members are often recognized by our clients and peers in the domestic and international markets, including legal advice related to changes in the regulatory framework in Mexico and worldwide as well as on the impact this may have on their business. The team works closely with the other practices of the Firm to provide the best legal services available in the Mexican market.
