Partner, Oliver Bussell, is an expert in Planning Law and offers advice covering areas such as s106 agreements/undertakings; variations to planning conditions; enforcement issues; Certificates of Lawful or Proposed Use; and highways law advice including statutory agreements and disputes.

CooperBurnett’s extremely experienced Residential Property team – one of the first to be awarded the Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation by The Law Society – is headed up by Jennifer Irving, who has been with CooperBurnett more than 20 years.
