Partner, Oliver Bussell, is an expert in Planning Law and offers advice covering areas such as s106 agreements/undertakings; variations to planning conditions; enforcement issues; Certificates of Lawful or Proposed Use; and highways law advice including statutory agreements and disputes.

 

CooperBurnett’s extremely experienced Residential Property team – one of the first to be awarded the Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation by The Law Society – is headed up by Jennifer Irving, who has been with CooperBurnett more than 20 years. While the property market has experienced ups and downs over the years, CooperBurnett has continued to grow its team. The team assists clients with every aspect related to buying or selling a residential property – from first time buyers to purchasing an investment property.
