As for the mergers and acquisitions transactions, we act both on behalf of the buyer or the seller, performing the organization/analysis of documents for the legal audit (due diligence), as well as the drafting/analysis of initial agreements (memorandum of understandings, letter of intent, non-disclosure agreement etc.) and closing contracts of the negotiations.
