The firm acts in the field of labor law, with a specific focus on employer defense, in a preventive and litigation manner, through teams created specifically for each client. The team handles the judicial and administrative suits of clients, responds to queries, prepares opinions, and manages labor liabilities, through management reports and controls of its own legal system.

There is a specific team in the litigation area, that monitors the processes from start to end; the technical area works specifically in reviewing the theses of clients that make up the litigation area, performing oral arguments, as well as studying new theses, and preparing opinions and responses to queries; we also have a special processes area, with a differentiated team that acts in processes considered special, due to the amount involved or the future repercussion of the thesis discussed in the process.

We can highlight some cases led by the firm in recent years such as the public civil law requesting BRL 17 million from technology companies, which suit was dismissed in the Superior Court (TST). Also, defending HIG Seguros from paying more than BRL 700,000 to an employee and negotiating an agreement of BRL 6,000.
