We are essentially an IP boutique within a full-service firm and are known for the quality of our work, our team, and our clients, including:

  • Brand Management & Soft IP risk management and dispute resolution (trade mark, copyright, registered and unregistered design, passing off, domain and internet issues, advertising clearance and complaints). Our brand protection client base continues to expand – notably with a number of start-ups. We work across all industries but have particular expertise and high profile clients in sport, retail and technology.
  • IP licensing/transactional, especially in relation to sport, retail and technology, much of it international. The majority of the team’s business is derived from clients who are in the business of commercialising intellectual property. Much of our work involves licensing and other means of exploitation of IP. We have worked with innovative deal structures, such as international joint venture companies used as IP boxes, and with IP working principles hardwired into their constitution.
