The transactions that the team supports span a wide variety of focus sectors and client types including PE backed businesses, listed and privately owned businesses. The firm’s focus on Private Wealth means that the M&A team is in prime position to advise entrepreneurial management and founder teams, as well as family businesses, on their business and personal needs. This is particularly relevant for exit strategies, where the team can support clients with their wealth planning both before and after an exit. Alongside this focus on Private Wealth and entrepreneurs (which was developed through its sponsorship of the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 league table programmes), the firm continues to act for major corporates and institutions.
