Due to the diversity of our clients, we have developed particular expertise in public M&A, including takeover law and regulatory compliance under financial markets laws.

We have set a strong focus on CEE in our strategy. Due to our offices in Central- and Eastern Europe (CEE), we are able to support our clients with complex cross-border transactions.
