Our housing management team is one of the largest in the country, advising on all aspects of housing/leasehold management from the most serious anti-social behaviour cases to complex succession disputes, including tackling complex disrepair work. We also specialise in major tenancy and policy reviews and advice.
In addition to governance, employment and procurement law, we handle all types of corporate commercial contracts and arrangements, including M&A and housing restructure.
