Antitrust: Mainly Plaintiff

Cadwalader’s experience on both sides of the “v” provides us with unique expertise crafting and executing winning strategies on behalf of clients. On the plaintiff side, we serve as strategic counsel to General Counsels and their legal departments, helping them to identify and act on the right opportunities to “opt-out” of a class action and pursue larger recoveries, or to remain in the class when specific factors determine that course of action. When a decision is made to break from the class, we have won victories for clients in major opt-out cases.
