Work Highlights

bureau Brandeis represents claimants in many class actions, both in respect of damages and idealistic cases. 

For instance, bureau Brandeis respresented the Diesel Emission Justice Foundation in class actions against a number of car manufacturers. bureau Brandeis acts for Stichting Massaschade & Consument (M&C) in cases against TikTok and Google (Android), regarding several violations of the right to privacy and data protection.
