The team has national expertise to provide support across a range of disciplinary/regulatory matters including disciplinary investigations, presentation of matters before professional conduct panels, acting as legal adviser to statutory committees, the conduct of matters before the High Court and Court of Appeal and the First Tier and Upper Tribunals and the provision of advice and training as required by our clients.

We have specialist expertise in High Court disciplinary matters including appeals brought in relation to fitness to practise decisions of the health and social care regulators and judicial review challenges to the exercise of disciplinary functions.
