Pre-contract, we routinely prepare and review suites of contracts including bespoke contracts, standard forms and the appointment of the professional team. We tailor our work and fees according to our clients’ requirements and can provide pre-contract due diligence services and tender phase drafting assistance and advice. We work with leading consultants in other disciplines to guide our clients to successful delivery of projects.

Post-contract, our work commonly includes assisting clients with risk management such as advising on rights and remedies under contracts and assisting with the drafting of project correspondence. If matters cannot be resolved through negotiation, we have experience of operating the full range of dispute resolution procedures including court, arbitration and adjudication and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) including mediation and early neutral evaluation.
