Brodies acted for Park's of Hamilton in relation to a dispute with the SPFL and SFA. The SPFL announced a new title sponsor for the league in 2021, thus imposing various obligations upon member clubs, of those Rangers claimed it couldn't fulfil some of the obligations due to pre-existing obligations to Park's. The firm was successful in achieving Park's invitation from the SFA to participate in the arbitration process.
