Our practice advises clients throughout the legal and financial structuring of investment projects in the transport, power, gas, water, and waste management sectors.

Our team is integrated by a group of attorneys that provide specialised advice and legal assistance to local and foreign clients in regulatory and transactional aspects related to public law matters, including but not limited to public and private procurement procedures in the infrastructure, transport and public utilities sectors.

Our team has played a part in the country’s most important infrastructure projects, some of which include the different generations of highway concessions (3G and 4G), airport concessions, structuring various port concessions, railway concessions and numerous social infrastructure projects. In addition, the team has advised on the most complex transactions involving public law issues and regulatory aspects (administrative law, budgetary, fiscal, education regulation, health regulation and public services).
