Drawing on its M&A, Litigation, Financing and Employment practices as well as its lawyers who have specialized in these fields for many years, Bredin Prat has a very strong Restructuring and Insolvency practice with extensive experience in managing high-profile domestic and cross-border financial restructurings, distressed M&A transactions and insolvency situations.

The team covers a wide range of transactions and litigation matters: pure insolvency (safeguard, recovery, etc.), LBO restructuring usually outside bankruptcy Courts, distressed M&A transactions, rescue plan involving State aids, etc.

Bredin Prat acts indifferently for companies facing difficulties, their shareholders, their creditors or potential investors. The ability to provide coordinated advice in matters where insolvency, corporate and financing issues are mixed up, whether outside Court proceedings or in a litigation context, is in our culture.
