Bradley has proven experience as bond counsel and in public finance matters throughout the southeast. They are one of the first law firms in the southeastern United States to become nationally recognized bond counsel and to render approving legal opinions in the field of public securities.

Bradley's Public Finance team regularly serves as bond counsel on general obligation securities, hospital revenue bonds, special tax obligations, utility revenue obligations, industrial development bonds, and many other types of structured debt transactions. Additionally, they serve as underwriter's counsel, disclosure counsel, and counsel to issuers of letters of credit and other credit enhancement instruments on primary and secondary market transactions. They also represent large money-center banks and community banks, financial advisors, and other market participants on direct placement transactions.

Bradley's attorneys focus on representing cities and counties in public-private partnerships to promote economic development. They regularly negotiate and draft development and related agreements to implement major mixed-use commercial developments, multifamily housing and hotel projects, healthcare facilities, industrial development facilities, and other tax-generating projects.
