Lawyers in our Dubai office represent inbound and outbound clients throughout the MEA region on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A and private equity transactions (buy-side and sellside), joint ventures and complex commercial contracts with particular experience advising and structuring distribution, agency and franchise arrangements.
Our lawyers also provide assistance in the areas of business formation and domestic and cross-border structuring, business licensing and regulatory compliance (including areas such as sanctions, FCPA and UK Bribery Act compliance) and managing client litigation (commercial, employment and criminal) in the UAE and elsewhere in the Middle East “hand-in-hand” with local litigation counsel.
We have particular experience advising in the aerospace and defence sector (including offset obligations), oilfield services, professional services, recruitment and manpower services, publishing, retailing, manufacturing and technology sectors.
