Our Projects & Energy department meets all the criteria for a top team, due to the:

In addition to strong transactional expertise (having advised on some of the most significant energy transactions in Romania), we have one of the most experienced energy regulatory teams. Our combined energy and litigation teams have acted and continue to act for not less than three of the largest / most relevant energy suppliers in the country on very sensitive and complex energy work amid the turbulences related to the soaring energy prices triggered by complex internal and international factors.

We work on a daily basis on contracts, including supply agreements, offtake arrangements, including virtual power purchase agreements, EPC, BOPs, TSA, TCMA across the entire energy and natural resources space.

Moreover, we have continued our assistance on market investigations related to transparency regulations pursuant to the REMIT and wholesale market integrity rules, obtaining new mandates in the area and consolidating our reputation of “go to” adviser on this very sensitive type of topics too.
