Provided by Bond Turner

Bond Turner proudly houses one of the North West's largest and most respected Clinical Negligence teams, renowned for their expertise and commitment to justice.

Bond Turner’s Clinical Negligence team specialises in a wide range of cases, with a particular focus on birth injury cases, amputation claims, delay in the cancer diagnosis, brain injuries, fatalities and group actions. We deal with cases involving minors and vulnerable adults and pride ourselves in helping hundreds of people get access to justice and help in their recovery.

Director John Doyle leads a strong team of accredited senior lawyers, assisted by junior lawyers and paralegals.

Bond Turner has a national reach, working with clients across England and Wales and facilitates home and hospital visits whenever required, building a relationship with each individual claimant and often their families at what is the most difficult time in their lives.

In addition to litigation, our teams have a focus on rehabilitation and often recommend and signpost claimants to trusted organisations and facilities that can support, including case managers and financial advisors. This ensures that the claimant receives a full service which is focused on their best interests. The firm has built up a network of key contacts that are among the best available and maintain a good relationship with other third parties including lawyers and barristers.
