Our Energy Practice Group has specialized knowledge of the different aspects of economic regulation, including issues relating to state intervention in matters of pricing, tariffs, subsidies, state aid and compensation. Our Energy practice team is leader in the region, particularly on matters related to arbitration and litigation of matters within regulated sectors.

On renewable energy matters, our Energy and Finance teams have advised several investors in the region and on the setting up of their projects, especially wind farms. We work with our clients from the beginning of the project analyzing the sector’s regulations, we assist them through the financial planning and funding strategies to the projects and we provide legal advice during the execution. We have also represented the owner of one of the largest wind plants already established in relevant contentious matters and arbitration.
