We also assist local debtors in protecting their assets abroad through Chapter 15 proceedings under the United States Bankruptcy Code.

We represent foreign and local funds and creditors in all matters related to the enforcement of their real guarantees and other legal actions against debtors in situations of pre-insolvency and insolvency.

We support local and foreign groups in taking control of companies in bankruptcy, participating in several successful cases of purchasing distressed assets, involving joint agreements among creditors, shareholders, and buyers.
