The competition law team's practical, results-oriented approach is based on the solid academic and professional experience of its members.

The team also relies on its experience in designing and implementing compliance programs for national and international clients.

Known for its ability to contribute to the success of action strategies by working in partnership with its clients, BMA advises on competition matters and represents businesses in merger review proceedings before CADE. The firm is usually involved in some of the largest and most significant M&A deals in the banking, agribusiness, retail and air transportation sectors.
