The employment department advises French and international companies as well as public service administrations, providing a full range of practical contentious and non-contentious employment law advice, in particular with respect to the following:

• Individual employee relationship issues, including drafting of employment contracts, confidentiality agreements and restrictive​covenants,
• Stock option and profit sharing plans, bonus plans, employee handbooks, codes of conduct and rules of ethics,
• Grievance, disciplinary and termination procedures,
• Restructuring and redundancies both in France and internationally,
• Employment issues related to outsourcing and offshoring,
• International mobility and expatriation issues,
• Managing the relationships with employee representative bodies, including negotiations with works councils and unions, election processes and consultation procedures with employee representatives,
• Employment aspects of corporate transactions related to mergers and acquisitions or the restructuring of companies, including due diligence and HR related representations and warranties.
