Bindmans’ media department provides expert advice and representation in libel, privacy, data protection and copyright disputes. Tamsin Allen had a critical role in the phone-hacking litigation, representing large numbers of claimants and co-ordinating the group of lawyers bringing the legal claim and representing 70 Core Participant Victims in Module 2 of the Leveson Inquiry.
