Bichara Advogados was founded 23 years ago as a specialised tax firm. Over the years we have grown into a full-service firm, and as a result of this growth, we represent some of the most important Brazilian companies. We are regarded by the market as a reference in all major tax structures and matters concerning taxpayers. In addition, we operate in all litigation spheres, both administrative and judicial, and also in all 27 Brazilian states.
Our tax team is one of the biggest of all top Brazilian law firms, with 200 professionals, including partners, associates, administrative employees, and interns. In 2022, seeking the organic growth of the team and to increasingly provide top-quality legal services, we hired 50 new professionals for the tax area, which now has a total of 20 teams divided between litigation and advisory work. In addition, we have just reached the milestone of 32 partners in total, leading our firm to more customised service, much closer to our clients. We also have the Brasília branch, headed by a partner dedicated to monitoring tax, leading cases under trial at the judicial Higher Courts and the top Court of Federal administrative litigation.
