The BG2V firm’s M&A/Private Equity team works with its clients in all their corporate finance operations: acquisitions, disposals, mergers, contributions, fundraising, etc.

The team is primarily supported by industrial groups that it advises on their external growth, legal restructuring and governance operations, as well as private equity funds that it assists in their LBO transactions, private equity, build-up and disposal.

The firm’s lawyers also have expertise in stock market law, in particular on issues related to initial public offerings, public takeover (or exchange) offers and the information obligations of issuers.

The members of the M&A/Private Equity team support the firm’s clients in the context of their litigation in the field of company law, in particular in the pre-litigation and litigation phases of disputes between shareholders.
