Local Government - Steven Smith leads our high-profile local authority regeneration and development work for more than 20 London Boroughs, as well as a wide range of local authorities across the South East.
We have advised a range of London Boroughs, including Barnet, Harrow, Hounslow, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest, on £4bn+ of development and investment schemes.
We are acting for the City of London on its £600m Smithfield Market redevelopment and on the City's creation of a new, world-class Concert Hall (for London Symphony Orchestra).
Housing - We act for a variety of Registered Providers (RPs), including members of the G15 group of the largest London RPs, on a wide range of high profile development and regeneration projects.
Wendy Wilks and Andrew Shaw lead our housing association development offering in London, which complements our existing Registered Provider and local government work which frequently includes housing delivery.
