Berger Montague has also played a principal role in obtaining over $1 billion in settlements from drug companies alleged to have impeded the entry of generics and artificially inflated drug prices. 

As a result of our successes and the skill, reputation, and experience of our firm's antitrust lawyers, Berger Montague is routinely appointed by federal courts to serve in leadership roles in complex antitrust class action cases, including in:

  • In re Dental Supplies Antitrust Litigation, alleging that the three largest dental supplies distributors in the U.S. conspired to restrain trade and fix prices paid by dentists and dental labs for supplies and equipment; and
  • In re Rotavirus Vaccines Antitrust Litigation, alleging that Merck imposed financial penalties on customers who purchased vaccines from Merck's rivals.
