Representative Matter:

  • Represented a national restaurant chain in a federal court class action lawsuit filed by the EEOC, claiming systematic gender discrimination in the client’s hiring practices.  After vigorous discovery into the EEOC’s investigation methodology and preparing the case for trial, the EEOC agreed to a  very modest nuisance value settlement.
