We advise on everything from acquisition financing and debt restructuring to loan portfolio financings and financial regulation. We have particular expertise in managing complex, large scale client assignments and are known for our ability to create project management solutions. For example - managing significant projects in relation to the acquisition and disposal of loan portfolios, large scale financing mandates, loan on loan financing mandates, securitisations, and PPP and infrastructure finance.

As part of a full service firm, we draw on the skills and technical knowledge of lawyers from other parts of the firm including property, construction, private equity, insolvency, corporate and litigation enhancing its ability to deliver practical and commercial solutions to clients
