In this sense, the advice of Barros & Errázuriz includes the litigation in contentious and non-contentious proceedings and in compensation proceedings for damages derived from violations to DL No. 211, before the Competition Tribunal (TDLC, Spanish acronym for Tribunal de Defensa de Libre Competencia), Supreme Court and other relevant courts, respectively. It also covers the advisory and defense in investigations and consultations before the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office (FNE, Spanish acronym for Fiscalía Nacional Económica) regarding cartels, unilateral conduct and procedures under the new system of mandatory notification of concentration operations.
