BCP Abogados provides corporate and individual representation in criminal law matters, acting as either plaintiff or defense attorneys. For example, business crimes, environmental crimes, and public health offenses, among others.

Regarding international litigation, BCP Abogados is the only Chilean firm that has litigated before the International Criminal Court and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, defending cases related to human rights and crimes against humanity.
