The practice handles all aspects of real estate transactions, from the routine to the complex, and experienced in advising sellers, purchasers, landlords and tenants, both local and international, in connection with all types of real estate transactions including real estate acquisitions and leases. The team regularly advises on zoning requirement matters, drafting and negotiation of construction contracts (including those based on FIDIC), planning contracts and project management agreements relative to construction projects, and subcontractor agreements related to real estate developments. In recent year they were involved in the largest greenfield investments in Hungary.
