Our Employment & Compensation Group offers its vast expertise and experience in complex multinational operations to clients both in France and abroad. The 19 lawyers of our Employment & Compensation Group in Paris provide clients with full service in all areas of employment.
The team's wide range of individual skills and experience, including two lawyers specialized in employment litigation, allows us to offer our clients continued assistance covering all issues from upstream advice to protecting client interests in litigation involving both individual and collective disputes. Our expertise ensures that our clients - general counsel and human resources directors - benefit from technical support from specialists that take into account the human dimension in a field that is continually evolving.
Our Employment & Compensation Group works on a day-to-day basis with the other Baker McKenzie in-house multidisciplinary teams, in particular on employment issues and consequences that arise in the context of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate restructurings
