Our Switzerland Employment & Compensation practice helps companies define policies and procedures for employee recruitment, orientation, training and discipline. We also assist businesses in drafting and implementing personnel policies and procedure manuals, employment contracts and employee handbooks as well as wage, benefit, incentive and equity programs.

We regularly represent clients in court and conciliatory proceedings in individual and collective disputes as well as in discussions with unions on social plans and other collective matters. In particular, we defend and prosecute domestic or multi-jurisdictional labor, civil and criminal claims in connection with dismissals, discrimination, whistle-blowers, bonus and other employee benefits, and overtime as well as fraud and damages and any other aspect of Swiss employment and labor law.
