Our Switzerland Employment & Compensation practice helps companies define policies and procedures for employee recruitment, orientation, training and discipline. We also assist businesses in drafting and implementing personnel policies and procedure manuals, employment contracts and employee handbooks as well as wage, benefit, incentive and equity programs.

We help companies secure work permits for non-Swiss employees in Switzerland and facilitate the cross-border transfer of talent. We regularly represent clients in court and conciliatory proceedings in individual and collective disputes as well as in discussions with unions on social plans and other collective matters.
