The Employment Practice Group of Baker McKenzie in Italy is currently composed of 17 professionals located in the two offices of Milan and Rome. The experience gained assisting, on a daily basis, national and multinational clients operating in various market sectors and in varied contractual areas, allows us to tackle the assistance needs of diverse operators.  

The Employment group is an integral part of a global team which avails itself of the experience of approximately 500 professionals. The knowledge of the local cultures in connection to an international context allows us to navigate in a fluid manner and to find creative solutions attuned to the needs of the moment.
