Our Global and EMEA Practice Group effectively allows our attorneys to keep track of trends in leading jurisdictions and our clients to react swiftly to Compliance incidents around the globe.

We regularly organise seminars and roundtables tailored to multinational and listed companies and are highly active in academia and publishing. We are increasingly being asked to provide second opinions or to validate investigations, and investigation processes conducted by others, or to report to supervisory or audit committees, since we are seen as market leaders, especially when it comes to strategic or high risk situations.
