Our expertise in renewable and alternative energy representing major multinational energy companies (e.g., Iberdrola, Orsted, EDPR) and global funds (e.g., Macquarie, BlackRock) extends to solar and wind power generation, energy storage technologies, waste gas, tidal power generation, community energy supply systems, overseas oilfield/ gas field development, and CO2 emissions trading.

We have advised sponsors and investors in a host of deals in the energy and infrastructure sectors—often involving transactional and regulatory complexities.

We have had a market-leading role in advising multinationals, as well as regulated and private Korean entities, in the development of their overseas IPP businesses, and have participated in a multitude of ongoing overseas IPP projects and ancillary projects (including project financing, foreign exchange, tax, international insurance, and transportation projects).
