• All types of M&A transactions: sales, acquisitions, joint-ventures, divestments, reorganizations (such as carve-outs)
• All types of group restructuring transactions
• Turnaround transactions (reorganization, structuring and/or debt renegotiation within the framework of an amicable settlement procedure (mandat ad hoc, conciliation) or creditor protection proceedings) with, where appropriate, the involvement of the Banking & Finance team
