By combining high-level expertise in public procurement procedures, urban planning and development transactions, public-private partnerships, regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, arms, tobacco, gambling, etc), European and administrative litigation, parliamentary hearings and inquiries and facts-finding missions, our team covers all areas of public law and occupies a leading position in the market.


The team’s unique skill set combines the extensive knowledge of lawyers with specialized experience both in France and in an international setting, and the first-hand knowledge of lawyers whose previous professional roles in public service allow August Debouzy to have valuable insight on the inner dealings with government and EU regulatory bodies.
