Overview

The department has 24 members, including 7 APIL Senior Litigators, 1 APIL Fellow and 1 APIL Senior Fellow. There is also a qualified Costs Lawyer on board, supporting the fee earners with costs statements and negotiations on costs. 

Across the department there is the expertise to provide specialist advice and support in a very wide range of claim types, including industrial disease, occupational deafness, complex cases involving fatalities or life changing injuries and illnesses and foreign holiday claims. 

There is also specialism within the department to handle all elements of criminal injury compensation (CICA) and motor insurer's claims (MIB).

The firm is a member of the Motor Accident Solicitors Society - MASS  which enables the personal injury department to enhance their expertise, knowledge and efficiency in handling RTA claims.
